UV Ink Pump
Lavaink provides all kinds of uv ink pump, but most of uv printers use 24 Voltage 3 watts uv ink pump. Why do not use much stronger power uv pump like 7 watts? because this uv pump will directly pump uv ink to uv printhead. And uv printhead is very sensitive electric parts. High pressure will damage the printhead. That’s why all uv ink pump choose 24 v 3 watts or 12 v 3 watts. Not use 24 v 7 watts strong power uv ink pump for uv ink line.
How printer know when uv ink pump to uv sub ink tank?
All uv printer has the same ink line system design. There is an ink level sensor inside the Metal UV Sub Ink Tank and this ink level sensor will control the uv pump. When there is a little ink and ink level go down to some level and ink level sensor will tell the ink pump to start to pump. When ink level is go up to some level and ink level sensor will tell the uv pump to stop to pump uv ink. Most of uv printer send this ink level signal to printhead board. and then go to main board and then go to uv pump. This design is easy for uv printer operator to monitor the uv pump stats but it’s hard to maintain.
