we tried to change new head cables but still the error is there.some time the error will change to-hardware not found.thats why we decided to change the boards.
Normally this problem is related to the cable, the print head or the fuse in the main board.
Have you check the 3 points
The fuse is a typical error of E078.
There is another possibility that is that one of the cables that come from the Main Board to the carriage board is not right connected and gives the error. The best is to unplug all and connect again. Your error can be this, a random bad connection. Think that the carriage board is very difficult that fails because is only a bridge without chips to control.
