Lava Parts provides you a specifically formulated paper towel that will pull the dried ink through the printhead and into the paper towel.
Nozzles and printheads can be damaged easily if any material other than a specifically formulated paper towel is used to clean them.

Nozzles and printheads can be damaged easily if any material other than a specifically formulated paper towel is used to clean them.
Please keep the ultra sound machine clean inside.
Use solvent cleaning liquid to clean first.
Fill solvent cleaning liquid not excess to max line that is inside of the machine.
Use paper towel to cover the printhead to protect it from touching.
Double check the printhead should be covered by paper towel tightly.
Then put the printhead into ultra sound machine.
The printhead should be put into solvent liquid completely.
Then run machine 20 seconds and then stop.
And wait for 5 minutes to cool the solvent liquid
and then run machine 20 seconds again.
After finished the above procedure and install the printhead.
==========The Second possibility the printhead is reached its life ==================
Switch magenta ink line and cyan ink line.
After switching ink line and take look the cyan printhead nozzle.
If cyan printhead nozzle with magenta ink has the same issue (over spray and deflection),
this prove your printhead had reached its life and need to change.
============The Third possibility your cyan ink has problem===================
If cyan printhead nozzle with magenta ink does not have the same issue, this prove your cyan ink has problem.
